SecuRemote users are getting the error "Could not validate the certificate used by gateway 163.246.2.254 at site Emory Healthcare". To resolve the problem, SecuRemote users will need to update the Emory Healthcare site using the instructions below.
We apologize for the inconvenience this problem has caused. During the firewall upgrade last night (Wed, Nov. 5), the certificate key of the firewall could not be transferred to the new machine's address so we had to use a new certificate key. The good news is that we now have a load-balancing, fault-tolerant firewall cluster in place. If one firewall goes down, we don't lose connectivity, and we no longer have to have a firewall downtime to perform upgrades or maintenance.

(Note: you may have labeled your Emory Healthcare site differently. For example,
yours may be listed as the IP address 163.246.2.254...just be sure you select
the Emory Healthcare site if you have more than one site defined in SecuRemote.)
4) In the selection window, click "Update Site".
5) Click the "Update" button.
